where Redz writes, performs, produces, and mixes his entire sound!
The story:
Redz created ColRed from a discontented heart at
how he felt his creative
life as an artist always fell mercy to the exploitation of others..!
This no more says the Colonel!
Now a new chapter begins,..A new expression {fugue art} ensues,
releasing the multi-talented
diverse creativity of all that brought Redz to this humble place he
calls ‘nowhere-everywhere’,
it begins to unravel..spawning some of the most profound poetic & joyful
sounds, reflection,
iration,liberating yet still so soothing,. Why? is the popular
question..To heal is the only real answer.
This new expression was & still is for the sole purpose of healing
oneself. A necessary process
we all must go through in order to embrace the higher self, (but) this
transition cannot, will not come without
sacrifice of some sort.
Redz choice was simple,
“I will create music for absolutely nothing in return,
this way anything beautiful is possible.”
This was the birth of ‘SLEEPER’ and this is the philosophy of the
